3-6 years (to fit chest 21-24 inches, 55 - 61 cm)
7-10 years (to fit chest 25-29 inches, 65-73 cm)
11-12 years (to fit chest 30-31 inches, 76-79 cm

Calls for 3.25mm and 3.75mm needles, but you must use whatever needles allow you to achieve gauge.
